Certkit is built for teams who already think about who can see a record. Tenant isolation, role-based access, and an audit trail are product features — not a footnote on a pricing page.
Each customer workspace is tenant-isolated. Field engineers, office ops, and admins see what their role allows. That matters when the same platform holds inspection photos, property addresses, and the certificates you issue to clients.
Assignments, submissions, certificate issue, and delivery actions sit on a timeline you can open in a meeting. The point is not “we store logs”. The point is you can answer what happened without reconstructing it from email.
Certkit Ltd hosts the product for UK property compliance teams. Application data is stored in the United Kingdom. We use infrastructure and email processors under contract; a full subprocessors list belongs in the published privacy policy. Until that policy is final, treat this page as product intent — not a substitute for counsel-reviewed terms.
Invite-only workspace membership. Roles for field and office so a phone on site is not an admin console.
Row-level isolation between workspaces. Another contractor on Certkit cannot see your jobs or certificates.
Certificate and inspection actions are recorded. You can show who submitted and who issued.
Certificates are downloadable PDFs. You should be able to leave with your records — not only view them in the app.
The Certkit application database is hosted in the United Kingdom. That is a product decision for the buyers we serve — UK property compliance teams — not a slogan.
People you invite into that workspace, within their role. We do not offer a public browse of other customers' workspaces.
