Using Certkit

Certkit is provided for professional compliance workflows. You are responsible for the accuracy of inspection data, certificates, and communications issued through your workspace.

Accounts and access

You must keep login credentials secure and ensure users in your workspace are authorised to access customer and property data. We may suspend access for misuse, non-payment, or security risk.

Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Certkit Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Liability caps and exclusions will be set out in the final agreement.
